Answer: Hi! Expressed breastmilk remains good in the fridge for up to 6 days. You can store it plastic baby bottles provided a flat cap and airtight/stainless steel containers/Silver glass with cover etc . To heat the milk, I used to keep half cup water in microwave for 1 to 2 minutes and then I keep the bottle in the cup for 1-2 minutes to warm the milk.Breastmilk absorbs heat real quick.
