Fruit and Cottage Cheese ,Fruit and Greek Yogurt ,Vegetables and Hummus Fruit or Vegetables with Almond/Cashew/Sun Butter ., Nuts and Fruit ( Hard Boiled egg ,Chicken Salad with Grapes or Apples ,Oatmeal Casserole ,Healthy Chocolate Chip Cake , Strawberry Oatmeal Bars U should not eat raw papaya, peach wood apple excess green tea, raw egg, barley, excess vitamin C, unpasteurized milk, pine apple ,aloe Vera,sesame seeds, litchi, smoked sea food , and sprouted potato in first trimester.
