Answer: since you breastfeed your child you first get yourself cured so that your child will also be cured by side . For cough you can take a teaspoon of honey and Pepper mixed together .. you can even try to drink turmeric milk you can also even try to steam using Eucalyptus oil . you can grind thooduvalai leaves and drink the extract to get instant relief . continue this on empty stomach for 3 days all your cold will be gone . you can also try betal leaves instead if you don't get to thooduvalai you can take about an inch of ginger and 5 peppercorns grind and extract the juice and have it with honey . for baby you can heat few camphor and coconut oil make it warm and apply it on baby's chest and back warm . once you get recovered your baby will also recover since you have cold it is obvious when you breastfeed your baby will also develop cold so get yourself cured first . keep feeding your child more . he will be better soon

Question: My baby having cold and cough any home made solution
Answer: Steam How this helps: Breathing moist air helps loosen the mucus in the nasal passages. A warm bath has the added benefit of relaxing your child. What you need: A humidifier, cool-mist vaporizer, or steamy bathroom What to do: Use a humidifier or a cool-mist vaporizer in your child's bedroom when she's sleeping, resting, or playing in the room. Give your child a warm bath in a steamy bathroom. Let a hot shower run for a few minutes before getting the tub ready. Let her play in the bath as long as she likes (supervised, of course, unless she's old enough to be just within earshot). If it's not a convenient time for a bath, simply turn on the hot water in the tub or shower, close the bathroom door, block any gap under the door with a towel, and sit in the steamy room with your child for about 15 minutes. (Bring a few books.)
