Dry roast one teaspoon each of Cumins seeds and caraway seeds (ajwain) in a pan. Add one cup water and boil till it is reduced to half. Strain and add sugar to taste. Drink one teaspoon for relief from acidity and indigestion.
Curd is an excellent antacid. Few spoons will do the trick.
Drink cold milk to fight acidity and avoid coffee.
Eat smaller, More frequent Meals
Avoid trigger Foods like greasy foods, spicy food,citrus foods,Raw onion etc.
If you have a tendency to eat before bed, you may be making heartburn and indigestion worse. Laying down after a meal makes it easier for stomach acid to rise up into the esophagus, causing heartburn and indigestion.

Answer: Hi ma'am don't worry this is common in pregnancy you please don't worry about it.Do walk after every meal.I am giving you few tips I am sure that will help you..
1. Try to have something dry as a first thing when you wake up like a rusk...it really helped me
2.Try to have small portion if meals between shirt intervals.
3. Try to avoid citrus fruits like lemon and avoid caffeine
4. Have curd and increase water intake.
5. Have cold milk before sleeping..
6. Chewing candies also helps
