Question: After my delivery through c section i always feel pelvic bone pain and also sometimes vaginal pain?doctor can u plesse tell the solution

Answer: H i dear first of all if the delivery had been through C section that should not be any pelvic bone right at this moment but I think that it sometimes it happened due to postures because during pregnancy or body goes to a lot of changes stretches a lot the muscles stretch a lot it's a complete makeover for the body after a pregnancy so now I think that you need to start exercising that may help you a lot of Physiotherapy because you have pelvic bone pain when I used to have a lower back pain and it was extreme so you can talk to your doctor and ask for the suggestion if you can go ahead with it I think that this is going to be temporary and not life long but exercising keeping a good posture and activity might help you to get rid of the pain that you are going through now ..
