Question: 37 week pregnant , feeling sleepy all the time , and extremely tired.

Answer: Hello dear. One of the reasons for fatigue and sleep problems during pregnancy are changing hormone levels. For example, rising progesterone levels may partly explain excessive daytime sleepiness. The hormonal changes are likely the cause of fatigue. Your body is producing more blood to carry nutrients to your growing baby. Your blood sugar levels and blood pressure are also lower and this is the reason you feel tiered during pregnancy. Take care.
