Answer: Hi dear, By 3 years your baby would be eating what other members of family eats.starting with a cup of milk,then in breakfast,idli,dosa,poha,upma,oatmeal,bread toast and omlette etc are few good options.mid morning can be given light snacks like a fruit.lunch can be given with rice or chapati,daal, vegetables,curd,salad.my baby used to love cucumber.mid evening a glass of milk can be given again. Bowl of fruits can also be given as evening snacks.keep the dinner light and early.so that it digests fast.dalia,khichdi are good options.keep your baby well hydrated throughout the day.
Answer: Hello dear Ur baby now can eat each and everything food which u cook for urself. offer him rice,roti,daal,non veg food like eggs,chicken,fish etc. Include lot of veggies and fruits. Prefer whole fruits over juices. Offer him various daal with rice and roti . idli,dosa, upma,poha are some of the healthy food options now.you can introduce dalia,oats too

Meals based on potatoes, bread, rice, pasta or other starchy carbohydrates. 3. Some dairy or dairy alternatives(such as soya drinks and yoghurts). 4. Some beans and pulses, fish, eggs, meat and other protein. 5. Unsaturated oils and spreads – eat in small amounts. 6. Plenty of fluids –6-8 cups/glasses a day.
