Question: AFI 7-8cms n my report with 3.6cms largest pocket means
Answer: Amniotic fluid is spread in 3-4 pockets in the uterus, the sum of which gives us the total afl. To pocket 3.6 means one of the pockets has 3.6 Cm of it and others have lower than that. At this time, 7-8 is a bit on the lower side, but nothing to be worried about. Drink lots of fluids to increase the afl.
